Will it be enough?

I have been using the Linksys Velop system which has been troublesome to say the least. I would like to dump it and try Multy X. My question is will 2 nodes be enough? The Velop's 3 nodes covered my house very well indeed but dropped out so many times that my wife was close to filing for divorce.
The house is a reasonable size with 4 bedrooms but some of the walls are very solid.
I don't see anywhere (in the UK) where I could purchase an additional node.
