You can create FQDN address object for windows update server, and set a rule to bypass traffic to windows server.
FQDN object at “CONFIGURATION > Object > Adress/GeoIP”
Create a rule to bypass destination traffic to windows update server.
Web Authentication Policy Summary at “CONFIGURATION > Web Authentication > General”
