Degraded Gigabit problem with GS1200-8

We have major problems with degraded speed negotiation multiple ports connected to a Intel I350 (igb). The ports are negotiated for 10 Mb/s only. The Linux system with 4.19 kernel shows following message for all the ports: malformed Tx packet detected and dropped, LVMMC:0xffffffff. The affected ports are all non POE ports. We never faced problems like this with other switches. All cables are high quality cables. Firmware of the switch is upgraded, we already searched for symptoms which might explain the error related to kernel/software drivers without any solution? What might be the reason? Further is it possible to see a logfile of the port status in the switch to see any cause of problems?

Can you check IEEE 802.3az EEE setting of GS1200-8HP v2?
Is it disable or enable? If it is enabled, please try to disable it.

It looks like it is not related to the switch. The system itself has problem also against other switches.

Did you try to upgrade Intel I350 (igb) to latest driver?
