Password bug change

ZyWALL 110 V4.33

If you make a user name “vpn1” user type “user” with password “1234” for testing like a SSL VPN if you then change the password to something else the login for the SSL VPN password is still “1234” and not the new password.

    As I checked it locally with firmware 4.33 and did not face the issue.
    Here is my steps
    1.create the account: vpn1 with password:1234
    2.Establish SSL VPN tunnel: client account is vpn1
    3.disconnect and close ssl vpn application and then change the password of vpn1
    4. I need to use new password to establish ssl vpn tunnel.
    Are there different with your steps?

    Yes that looks right but here its still needing password 1234 and not the new password done in IE but I think the reason is I copy and paste a new password in so try that?

    I have tried the steps which you mentioned, but the issue still not occur....
    I create the account: vpn1 and password for this account.(paste the password)
    Use IE and Chrome to do SSL VPN or login to GUI(paste the password).
    However, there is not issue happened. Can you try other browser or fill the password with typing?

    If I type a new password in its fine its just when I copy and paste a new password in using IE11 that it does not take it.

    Tried Firefox & Chrome same thing.

    Edit Ok I think I got it now when I copy and paste I use the mouse right click to copy and paste in the field so try that.

    If I do control + c & control + v on the keyboard its fine.
