I have set up the anti-spam UTM profile per the directions but it does appear to be working. Could it be because all of our email traffic comes through secure SMTP ports (gmail, hotmail, etc.) instead of the standard ones? If so, how do I address this?  If not, what else could be causing the problem?

I figured that might be the answer.  Thank you.  Since most of the major email providers (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) use TLS, this service is not helpful and something I will not subscribe too.
