You mean you can access the NSG's web UI using your public IP? In that case, do you see anything on the gateway event logs for VPN? Were you able to complete phase 1 at least?
You need to verify if your ISP router is disturbing. So I suggest establishing the tunnel using an internal interface. If it works ... the ISP router is affecting your vpn, if it does not ... please try to provide logs.
Hello @solidsnake74 NSG L2TP support behind NAT scenario since September release, could you please re-active L2TP tunnel in control center then check VPN category in event log to confirm if NSG has receive the initiator packet. Feel free to let me know the result.
