ZyWall SSL VPN Problem

I set up a SSLVPN on our USG20W-VPN running Firmware V4.32(ABAR.0). I can access the VPN when on the same network, but not from a remote site. Below is what I'm getting in the connection log when I try from the remote site. I'm thinking something is not set up right with the SSL VPN, but don't know where to look. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
