Can a GS1920-24HP provide power to Cisco Aironet 1100 Series access points?

I have some AIR-AP1121G-A-K9 Cisco-brand access points, and I cannot seem to get them powered when using a GS1920-24HP POE switch.
Has anyone been able to make this work?

    Hi @AIT

    Welcome to Zyxel Community!

For starters, there are two types of PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment) in regards of PoE device.
    1. Mid-span (power on 4,5,7,8 pins)
    2. End-span (power on 1,2,3,6 pins)

We had some research about the Cisco AP as you mentioned, it turns out the Cisco AP only supports Mid-span, and Zyxel PoE switch supports End-span only. That is, you need to have an additional PoE injector to make that AP work.

    Hope it helps.
    Thanks for supporting Zyxel!
