Prioritize voip traffic

In current stage we do not support bandwidth priority for SIP traffic, may I know if you have encounter any issue?Chris

We have another way to fulfill your request, as below screenshot.
In Gateway>Traffic Shaping, the source IP can be your clients and the destination IP is your SIP server, service port 5060 and with UDP protocol for instance.
You can use scrollbar to reserve the bandwidth of it. Hope it can help you!!

Hi and thanks! I was able to set it up. Could you tell me if it is possible to see in FW logs if this is working or this limit is being applied?

It's looks like it sorted at event logs of "system" category.0

Hi,
I don't really understand what you mean. I want to see if there is actual traffic shaping being done for port 5060 or if I can see that the voip server is being reached from the voip devices.
When I just select System category it doesn't show me much.0 -

Unfortunately, in current stage we don't have the relevant log with traffic shaping.
I will move this request to the ideas section.
