    Hello,

    i created a new organization with the new wizard. Steps are simple and very clear.

    But the new organization does not show up in the MSP Portal. One hour passend since creation.

    How can i fix it?

    Edit:

    relog and switch to other browser helped.

    Hi @workaholic,

    Since I use Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox to create new organization under my account with no such issue.
    The web page should be redirected to the dashboard of new organization and new site after setting up with the new wizard.
    It also shows normal when I go to MSP Portal page.
    May you share your browser name and its version your are using?

    I have reproduced the issue with IE browser and reported to our RD.
    Hope you may use other browsers to navigate Nebula CC.

    The issue of creating organization by Internet Explorer is already fixed on Nebula CC.
