We have an issue on some switches.  Transceivers stop transmitting or/and corrupted info from it.

Port            : 5 (SFP)
Vendor          : ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒
Part Number     : ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒
Serial Number   : ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒
Revision        : ▒▒▒▒
Date Code       : 20▒▒-▒▒-▒▒
Transceiver     : Others
Calibration     : Internal
Temperature(C)  ++       21.00        0.00        0.00        0.00        0.00
Voltage(V)      --        3.00        6.00        6.00        6.00        6.00
TX Bias(mA)     --        0.00      131.00      131.00      131.00      131.00
TX Power(dbm)   --     neg inf        8.16        8.16        8.16        8.16
RX Power(dbm)   --     neg inf        8.16        8.16        8.16        8.16

After the fiber is plugged in we can see RX but link is not established, TX still neg inf
Unplug/Plug it back everything is back to normal

Port            : 5 (SFP)
Vendor          : Optcore

Temperature(C)           47.00      100.00       95.00      -35.00      -40.00
Voltage(V)                3.00        3.00        3.00        2.00        2.00
TX Bias(mA)              17.00       80.00       70.00        2.00        1.00
TX Power(dbm)            -6.08       -2.00       -3.00       -9.00      -10.00
RX Power(dbm)   --     neg inf        3.00        0.00      -23.98      -26.99

After we reseat or swap transceiver link it will stay connected or drop again.
We are using different transceivers, most of them Optcore or Robofiber

    Hello @maxsaf

According to your description, your Optcore or Robofiber stop transmitting or/and corrupted info from DDMI. First of all, to clarify it it is a problem of the switch or not, I would like to know if the problem happens on all other ports or only certain ports? If it happens on all ports, I will assume that this might be an IOP problem. Due to the transceivers you are using are not ZYXEL transceivers, besides, there are too many different brands of SFP in the market, we cannot guarantee that all of them are compatible to ZYXEL switch. That is why we provide suggest SFT list in our product datasheet. We will recommend you to use either of them on our datasheet.
