    Hi @percoco,
    It does not have effect on UAG-4100 and UAG-5100, because 1.1.1.1 is just a log out IP for authenticated user.
    To avoid user is unable to access log out page, you have to modify the log IP 1.1.1.1 to other IP.

    nothing above is working at my N4100 !
    i can't find the "web authentication" or the "web portal general settings" were i can change the IP number 1.1.1.1
    please, i need help from zyxel

    Hello,
    I imported the ssl certificate on the N4100, and now I can show the login page
    The problem is that you can not reach the logout page http://1.1.1.1/info
    The pop up of the logout does not appear
    and the usual certificate error returns
    I also tried with http://6.6.6.6/info
    But nothing to do

    Yes, it's not an ip address... in openSSL is in the second command.... one of the questions is: 
    "Common Name (e.g. server FQDN or YOUR name)"->> here, my advice is typing an local ip address like "10.0.0.1" (exemple)

    After 2 weeks, my N4100 is running perfect (my ip address for my certifice is 10.0.0.1)

    I have done it with windows 10
    used ip address 10.0.0.1

    Hi 
    I download the N4100 zip and:

    1.      Copy Certificate.crt and private.key to local PC

    2.      Go to “SYSTEM TOOLS > SSL CERTIFICATE”,

    Password = Pass phase

    Certificate File = Certificate.crt

    Private Key File = private.key

    And it show
    Status: Invalid Private Key/Password

    Any Help??

    You have to create your own certificate with openssl, your own pass phrase (password - always the same) for the private.key
    Common Name (e.g. server FQDN or YOUR name): put here this ip 10.0.0.1 (Exemple)

    To create my own certificate with openssl, i can do it from my windows pc or i have to use a Linux pc??

    I generated self-sign certificate on linux, you just need to copy & paste CLI as previous post.
    I never tried on windows, not sure is it same as windows. Anyone tried on windows? ;)
