Dear Sir,
Multy X doesn't support Web GUI, that's why you cannot reach the Web interface by 192.168.212.1.
Regarding the error on your Multy App,
Are you able to access Multy App, and check the setting of your Multy from it?
Can you provide the video when you set the SSID on Multy App?
How do you set the Multy SSID from the App?
Best Regards,

Hi, I go to the multy app and when I tap edit, the app closes. Here is a video (I cannot set the SSID):

Without web interface how do I set firewall or anything? this seems super limited if I need the app always0 -
Dear Sir,
You can edit the WiFi SSID on that page, however, don't click "edit" before the SSID data appear in the App display.
Please wait for few seconds, and you can edit it after the SSID data appears in the App.
Multy X doesn't support Web interface. If you prefer web management, Multy Plus will be a better device for you.
