NSA325-v2 - SkyHawk support?

It seems that my NSA325 doesn't recognize 6TB Seagate SkyHawk drive. Could that be the case?
Rather - is there high risk that specific drives might not work if are not on supported HDD list? Or normally most of HDD should work plug-and-play right away?

Are you sure that disk is alive? Sata is sata. Any disk which meets the sata specs should work, unless it can't spin up due to power constraints. I never had a random disk in a random NAS rejected.

Yea, I did health checks on windows system.
Thanks for the answer though, I'll play around a bit, with assumption that it should work.0
