What's wrong with my Armor Z2?

So I bought the Z2 a while back now and recently it has decided to restart itself. This has caused it to have a constant amber 2.4GHz light when it turns on... no other lights will come on.
I have tried factory resetting and followed different guides online but nothing will work.

Does anyone have any quick solutions or will I have to get it replaced?

    -> Do you mean Z2 reboot automatically or ...?

    -> Does your client device can connect to Z2? Do you able to access web GUI of Z2?

    You can try this way to reset Z2.
    1. Power off NBG6716.
    2. Press and hold the reset button at the back of NBG6716, then power on NBG6716.
    3. Waiting for more than 3 seconds, then release HW reset button that you press and hold.
