Hi We are unable to connect to portal.myzyxel.com via our NXC2500 controller's configuration's registration page.
The error message is as follows:
"Fail to connect to portal.myzyxel.com"

Please help

    Please upgrade the FW to the latest version 5.10 and confirm the NXC controller can access internet which the DNS server can resolve the URL: portal.myzyxel.com.

    Sorry for the late response. It is upgraded to the latest 5.10. How to make the NXC controller connected to the internet?

    Hi @fgssg

    If there is a gateway which connects to internet for NXC, NXC will send out the DNS query to the DNS server via the gateway and connect to myzxyel.com after resolving the DNS. If NXC still cannot connect to myzyxel.com, could you provide us your topology for reference?

    We're using fortinet 60E, do you have the steps on how to configure Zyxel controller?

    Here is the quick start guide to teach you how to access NXC2500.

    If you are asking how to register the license or devices on myzyxel.com, please refer to the handbook for the topic "Manage APs through NXC controller". The same steps to register NXC2500.

    If connecting to myzxyel.com is still failed, please use SSH to NXC2500 and try to ping to myzyxel.com. If it is failed, please ensure you have DNS server on the NXC2500. Here is the user guide about DNS which is in the page. 322.
    We also have the setup wizard in the user guide which is in the page.44. It can help to config the controller easier.
