Network slow after firewall change

    For first question, Go to security policy, first rule wan to Zywall, service:NATT,IKE,ESP,AH, allow. Second rule,wan to Zywall, deny.

    For second and third question, since the Client and server are on the same subnet, please try to enable the "Allow Asymmetrical Route" on the policy control, then check it again.

    If I want to allow someone(wan) access Synology NAS(lan) from wan though ddns, what I should set onfirewall?

    You can check the below example as your reference.
    Create the DDNS profile, as example, I create the DDNS type from No-IP

    Create the address object 

    Configure the NAT rule, External IP select the address profile you created. For the Internal IP, just type server IP.
