GS1900-24 Load Balancing Possible?
Options
Hi,
I have a GS1900-24 switch and have just purchased a 4G Router in addition to my DSL connection.
I have read on the internet about load balancing switches making it possible to combine 2 internet connections, does this switch do that or do I need something else?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @mbc0
GS1900 series supports link aggregation which is grouping physical ports into one logical link.
I think this is what you are looking for
For further information, you can check user's guide Chapter 22 Link Aggregation

Hi,
Thank you for your reply but from what I understand Link aggregation is different to wan aggregation?0 -
Hi
Yes, they are different.
Our switch does not have WAN interface and therefore does not support WAN aggregation
Thanks
