Yesterday night our USG110 (4.35 AAPH.3) rebooted by itself. Is such a behaviour already known? Unfortunately during a reboot all USG logs will be cleared so that we are not able to discover the reason.

How long after the issue I still could collect the diagnostic data for you? Now it's 22 hours ago. Does it makes sense for you to collect it right now?

Further what do you mean with "console dump (during the issue happen)"? When the USG reboots I'm not able to make anything on it.

Nevertheless I will send you the collected diagnostic data by PM.

After investigating, no rebooting related information in the diagnostic file.

I have private message to you. Please have a check.
