Welcome to Zyxel community!
If you want to change your password of NCC account, you may go to Account>Profile and click the link at the bottom of the page.
After you login to myZyxel.com, click "Account" on the top-right corner, then you should be able to change your password.
Remember to click Submit to save the new password.
