IPSec VPN to Azure

Hi, I am using USG20W-VPN device and using a dynamic public IP. I want to create a site to site VPN to Azure. I followed the procedures in the article described :

How to Configure Route-based IPsec VPN to Azure (VTI over IKEv2/IPSec)


But its not working. Can somebody help me.

    Hello SecureShell,

    When you completed the setting, the issue you encounter was;

    1) VPN tunnel can build up successfully, but cannot ping to Azure virtual network host.

    or

    2) Just VPN tunnel build up fail?

    The way to trouble both case is different.?

    Thanks for your response.

    I checked and found that the tunnel has been established, but I couldn't find any place at Zyxel console to find that information. I could only see this at Azure on Virtual Network Gateway (connected). I should have checked there first before making this post!

    Hi @SecureShell

    You may use "show sa monitor" in the console to realize the tunnel connection status
