ZyWall 110 - no VPN connection, no web-interface, no ssh

Hi.
We've encountered a problem this morning - our ZyWall 110 disconnected all VPN connections, and didn't respond to SSH and web (just authentication screen and LOADING...). Internet access was working. We've got to reboot the router.
Then it happened again when I tried to change one Policy route setting (disable connectivity check) - it hang again, so we restarted it one more time.
A week ago we updated firmware on 4.35

If you cannot get device access at that time, you can attached serial console and the type cli "show cpu average". i guess the device might have heavy loading at that time. the cli can show which daemon have the most loading.
