After testing and rejecting SecuManager, I am still getting email messages from the service despite having disabled it.
How do I turn it off for good?

Is the email from SecuManager, SecuReporter, or myZyxel.com?
Can you share the screen shot of "emails" you received with me in private message?
Beginning to look like SPAM. Private message to who?
You can simply turn off the daily report on SecuReporter.
If you don't want to use SecuReporter, make sure you delete the device "PDX" from the list of claimed device on SecuReporter.
ok, so it need to be disabled in multiple places or the documentation fails to accurately describe the system.
so sad, SecuReporter has NOT been an endorsement to your other paid-for licenses.
