Hi, I am in the 30 day test period but would like to disable the service temporarily. Is this possible? Or is it possible at all to stop the service?

For your current account (activated AiShield service), you need to wait for it expired.
Otherwise, you need to reset Multy, then use a new myZyxelCloud account to pair it without enabled AiShield service.
