Can't download 4.30

Have tried IE11 and Firefox but he download button does not work.

    As your description,

    What is firmware version of your device at this moment?

    Did you update the firmware from cloud or from local side?

    I have three of them two have 4.25(AAKY.1) and 4.25(AALA.1) one with 4.25(AAAA.1)ITS-WK33-2017-08-24-170800167

    I click say 4.30(AALA.0) and download but nothing happens!

    Ok from myZyxel my devices the download option don't work but if I click firmware download I can find the download I need.

    Hello PerterUK,
    Our current design is that the "cloud helper" only support device with formal released firmware, however, if the device is not using formal released firmware, you still can download the latest formal released firmware from myZyxel, and upgrade it locally.

    But I I'm using formal released firmware on the USG40 and USG60 and the download from myZyxel my devices didn't download I had to use myZyxel firmware download to find and download the firmware. In any case I got the 4.30 all is fine.

    Still the download button does not work for IE11 but can click Firmware Download to get the list to download it.

    We had addressed this issue and currently looking on this case internally. Meanwhile, if you need to download the firmware, you may try again with Chrome browser which is confirmed to be working.
