The model of the fanless switches are GS1920-8HPv2 and GS1920-24v2(non-PoE), they actually support NebulaFlex technology in which the device can be managed as standalone or with Nebula cloud.
Our apology for your unpleasant experience about the noisy NSW100-10P at home. Apart from the new upcoming fanless Nebula Switch for the home user as mentioned by @Bayardo, we will also introduce Smart fan feature that the fan speed goes up or down based on the CPU temperature and it is controlled by software automatically. Once the feature is available(2nd half of next year), the user of NSW series simply needs to upgrade the firmware to support the function.
How close are you guys to pushing this feature out? The smart fan feature would make a huge difference for SOHO.

Hi @Volker, The devices are already available through distributors and partners. For Amazon, it's just a matter of time to complete the logistics, we expect them to be available by this or next week
You probably can reach out to D&H or Ingram, they should be the first distributors getting them. If you really can't wait or have specific needs, I think it's best if you directly contact "[email protected]" they should take good care of you.

Is this the one? Doesn't say fanless in the description.

Thanks @newtype for the link
Cheers!

The smart fan feature will be available for NSW by December this year. The new GS1920v2 and XGS1930v2 series already support it
