NSA310S does not see hard disk

After using NSA310S a few years, last week I turned it off for a few days (2-3 days). after turning on it has not seen the hard disk. any suggestion?

    You can try to pull and replug the disk, for the case there is a bad contact. If you have another compatible power supply it can be worth a try.
