i have placed both multy is separate location which the app is saying are perfectly aligned. However on the 2.4 bad signal is horrible I barely get 20mbps as opposed to the 5gh signal where I get a full range. Anything I can do to fix this?

What is the distance between your device and Multy X when you test the speed?

You can use a WiFi analyzer, such as inSSIDer or Acrylic WiFi, and scan the active 2.4 GHz WiFi network in your environment to check is there a lot of radio interference? If yes, maybe try to connect 5GHz for better performance.

Thanks but multy doesn’t allow you to change channels, so what would be the point of using an analyzer?

Just want to know is there any interference in your environment.
Did you check it? Can you share the result of the screenshot?

And what kind of device that you tested the speed?

BTW, distance, network traffics, building site material, interference from other wireless devices and other adverse factors, may cause the speed not good. Most devices support 2.4 GHz so there is more congestion in this frequency which may cause issues with bandwidth.
