What to do if the primary Multy can't find other nodes?

When the primary node can’t find other nodes, please
follow the instructions shown below for troubleshooting.
Too far from primary node
Check the other node’s location on Multy App to find out if the signal strength of the node is too weak and move the node to a proper location where the signal strength is perfect.Check LED status
Check the LED status on both nodes to see if the backhaul connection works correctly. Normally, LED should be White Solid.Multy Plus (WSQ60) issues
In some rare cases, restarting your Multy Plus (WSQ60) can fix connectivity issues sometimes. Don’t worry. This won’t erase any data. All of your settings will still be in place.0
