Please follow the steps to troubleshoot and enhance the speed when you encounter the problem.
Please refer to the article How to check the signal strength via Multy app for the method to identify if the current signal strength is good enough.
If the signal strength is perfect, please restart the extender node to establish the connection to the primary node again.
If the signal strength is not perfect, please move the extender node to a proper location and go back to Step 1 and Step 2 again until the signal strength is perfect.
If the signal strength is not perfect, please move the extender node to a proper location and go back to Step 1 and Step 2 again until the signal strength is perfect.
Step 3: Validate results.
If there is still no improvement, please try to reset all nodes and reinstall Multy Plus (WSQ60) WiFi System.
