That is probably a network problem. Wrong configured DNS and/or gateway. The box tries to download ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS326/zypkg/5.21/ZYPKG_INFO.tgz (if you have fw 5.21).

You can test if that address is reachable for the NAS in Control Panel->Network->TCPIP->Network diagnostics. Try to ping host ftp2.zyxel.com.

The NAS326 is connected via LAN to the "Fritz Box 7490".

In that case I don't know. You'll have to dive in the logfile. Enable the ssh server in Network->Terminal.
The logfile can be found in /i-data/sysvol/.system/zy-pkgs/tmp/. If you are not comfortable with the command line, you can use WinSCP to read the log. I think in that case you'll have to substitute 'sysvol' with (one of) the directory which shows up in /i-data/

:) It is working! :DThanks!!! I think it was only the disabled ssh server. Enabled and all is fine!
Some thinks are easy but you can`t see them :-)

    Hi tropper71,
The download shall be fixed now because the FTP server has some issue during the last few days. Please see the announcement on the front page.

Your NAS takes half a minute to download 48.92% of a 2.2MB file, which apparently is too slow. What kind of internet access do you have? How much time does it take when you download
    ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS326/zypkg/5.21/ZYPKG_INFO.tgz
    manually?

Hello. Thank You for the reply!
It takes about 1min (56s - 67s) using  ftp client.
I have 100 Mbps internet connection with real 92Mbps download, 10Mbps upload and ping 9 ms (speedtest.pl).
How I can enlarge timeout this pkg?

That's not possible, I'm afraid. Bu think you can use your NAS as mirror, if you are not afraid of the command line.
Enable the FTP server and create a share which is available for anonymous login over FTP. Let's say this share is called Mirror.
Then copy the contents of ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS326/zypkg/5.21/ in this share (at least ZYPKG_INFO.tgz, and the packages you want to install)
Then login (as root) over ssh, and execute
    echo "ftp://localhost/Mirror" >/etc/package_src_url<br>
The NAS will use your mirror until next reboot.

It might also help to ask your provider why that server is so slow. I can download the same file in 5 seconds.

    Hello. Thanks for new idea.
At least I have done it with my mobile Internet connection.
I connected my NAS through bridge connection to my notebook. I bridged wifi tethering connection from smartfon and LAN card.
Using this solution I have got pkgs zip from server in about 20sec. It was fast enough.
Now I turn back conection to my cable router and I can install any apps.
    Thank You for help!
