[Nebula] Nebula APP Registration Issues With GS1920-48v2 & GS1920-8HPv2
Dear Nebula users:
We have identified that certain GS1920-48v2 & GS1920-8HPv2 devices may experience a registration problem using Nebula APP due to the QR code error. This issue only affects devices within a limited serial number range. If you believe you have experienced this issue trying to register your device through Nebula APP, please manual input MAC address and serial number to register the device instead.
If you still have issue registering a nebula device, please contact ZYXEL Support team for further help. Thanks in advance.
