Packet loss when connected to USG60W
Options
When I connect my computer as the only device to the USG 60 we get about a 6% consistent packet loss.
If I connect my laptop directly to our cable modem we get zero packet loss. I have to assume that this may be caused by a firmware and possibly a recent update. We are currently on 4.39
What can I do. We have tried also on a USGW. It too has the latest firmware.

Have you tested both cables with the modem?
Can you ping -n 200 192.168.1.1 (your LAN1 subnet) and ping -n 200 192.168.100.1 (to your cable modem)
on WAN1 click show advanced settings and use the MAC Address Setting with Overwrite Default MAC Address with your laptop MAC.1
