How do you change a device status to 'Inactive' on MyZyxel?

I am trying to figure out how to change a particular device's status to 'Inactive' while it is in the process of an RMA.

It hasn't been connected to the network for about a week now, and yet it still shows as 'Active', even though we have replaced it and the new USG60 is showing as 'Active' as well.  I am hoping that changing the RMA'd one to 'Inactive' will stop the reminder emails that it's services are due for renewal and/or expired.
