We are a MSP with 100+ organizations in the MSP portal.

We're getting e-mails from Nebula every day and needs to automate the sorting into our case management system.
For example trial license expiration, pro pack expiration, new devices, security pack expiration.

The problem is that the mail templates isn't following the same pattern, sometimes the organization name is in the text and sometimes it's after "Credit to:".

Is there any feature in the MSP Portal to adjust e-mail settings on a MSP level?
For example to include variables in the subject, for example %orgname%

Then it's a lot easier to sort e-mails.

Example no 1
"Thanks for signing up for Nebula. We hope you have been enjoying your Nebula Professional Pack free trial.
Time flies - Your free trial organization %orgname% will end in 1 day on 2020-05-22.
Want to continue to use Nebula Professional Pack after the trial?"

Example no 2
"Service Name: Nebula Control Center Professional Pack Service
Credit to: %orgname%
Remaining days: 7
Expiration date: 2020-05-27"

    Hi @forss ,

    Welcome to Zyxel Community!

    Thanks for your input.
Currently, we haven't supported to customize email setting on NCC yet.
I will move this post to idea section.  :)

    Great, thanks.

I also got a few of these earlier today.
The recipient e-mail represents 100+ Nebula organizations.
Nothing in the e-mail mention which organization it's about.
