vpn client licence key

Hi,

we have a ZyXEL USG40 bought from a provider few months ago.

If we go on Licencing / Registration it appears as Registred.

Our resellers disappeared, thus in these days with COVID-19 emergency we had to activate VPN our own. It was not easy but we eventually managed to do it.

Now the problem is with the clients. We are using ZyWALL IPSec VPN Client in evaulation mode. In a few days we won't be able to use it anymore, a licence key is neeeded.

Thus, my question is: where can I buy licences? Or...do we have already some licences, since we have a ZyXEL product, registered?

You need to purchase the license for IPSec VPN client application.

Can I know what is your country? I will let the local representative to contact you.

Hi Charlie, thank you for your answer.

After writing the post, this morning, I found on zyxel.com the page with the list of partners.

I contacted one near me and sorted it out.
