Dear community,

As you might already know, this past Monday, June 26th, the Nebula Control Center had a major upgrade to the next chapter of Nebula a.k.a Phase 2 or more officially build 20170626, including new features and enhancements that will improve your Nebula experience.

Along with the NCC upgrade, the Nebula Gateways (NSG100 and the new NSG50) have a new firmware available, necessary to run the new features smoothly.
Nebula Control Center will upgrade the firmware of the devices following the “Upgrade time” settings which, by default, is set to Sunday 12:00 am, i.e. July 2nd, following the local time zone configured at your site.
The firmware upgrade implies a reboot of your device. Therefore, in case this affects the operation of your business you can change the settings of your Upgrade time to another day and hour. Moreover, you can use the option “Schedule the upgrade to” to delay the update to a desired date within a month later from the time you configured it.

We are happy that many devices have already performed the firmware upgrade and users are enjoying new features such as L2TP VPN authentication with Nebula cloud authentication server. If you want to be part of this Phase 2 experience, you can proceed to select Perform the upgrade now option, your device will reboot and be ready in about 5 minutes.

If you have any question or issue, please feel free to contact us. We hope you can enjoy the best of Nebula devices as soon as possible!
