I have two sites. First - with NSG100 have two subnets (10.0.0.0/16 and 10.10.0.0/16). The second site - USG20 with one (192.168.1.0/24)
Could I establish site-to-site tunnel having both subnets of the first site accessible from the network of the second one?

It is feasible, on NSG just add these 2 subnet to VPN member and in USG you will need to add the policy route:
From Source 192.168.1.0/24 to Destination:10.10.0.0/16, next-hop type "VPN tunnel"
Then should work.😉
