Migration Hyper-V VM CloudCNM 2.1.1 to 3.1.1 version

Hello,
I have a registered license key at myzyxel.com for CloudCNM. I use Hyper-V VM 2.1.1 version for now, may I transfer my license key to new Hyper-V VM 3.1.1 version? If it possible do you have any instructions?

    Do you want to install Hyper-V VM 3.1.1 on another PCs and transfer the your original license? Or will you consider to upgrade the version on the original PC directly?

    Well, I wanna transfer the license on another VM. I already have a VM with 3.1.1 version on a same hyper-v server. I think it will be easily becouse I don't need old info in db.
