Is the silent alarm IP in the same subnet as LAN1?

Ok, so I have sorted it out. Selecting WAN interface on the NAT does not allow it. but selecting WAN_PPP, and it works.
thanks to everyone that contributed to my thread your help and efforts are greatly appreciated!.

Hi,
I have same problem on USG60W.
Scenario ZLD Series Port Forwarding CR.pdf is clear, but forwarding still not working. Forwarded (NAT) as
- port to port, or
- service to service.
I also used ZyWALL%20NAT%20Troubleshooting.pdf
- Is the service accessible locally? YES
- Verify that the port(s) you are attempting to forward are correct? YES
- Disable the ZyXEL device firewall/policy control. STILL NOT WORKING
- If you running the services on a Windows MAC LInux ... LISTENING
- Disable the firewall on the computer/device that is running the service(s) to make sure it is not blocking the traffic. DISABLEDEverything worked fine via old "dead" CISCO router. There was changed gateway from *.254 to *.1 only.
PetrEDIT: Solved without modification of rules. Provider has assigned static IP to WAN1 from different range via DHCP, instead of dynamic IP. It took time.0
