    Hello Charlie i have the same problem the performance ok my lte are so bad comparatively to my phone . 
    My LTE firmware : ALT3100_04_05_06_10_B8_LO
    have you another one can i try

  • Hi guys,
    I am desperate with this router.

    I have the V1.00(AAKO.9) firmware version with 1.15 WWAN software version and ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS LTE firmware version.

    The LTE connectivity goes down several times. Same SIM on another router works well along many days.

    In the official website there arent any additional update.

    Anyone can help me, please?

    We’d like to know what happened on the original module firmware version before you upgrade the module firmware to ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS. Moreover, can you describe further regarding to the issue you met on current module firmware version?

    Can you private message us the console dump and  help us to understand more detail?

    Before I upgraded to ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS I had the same problem: LTE connectivity goes down several times.
    The most of the times, after rebooting the router all works well again, but some times there needed more of one reboot.
    Too, I have scheduled a daily reboot for avoid that issue, without sucessfull result.
    I'm working with a parallel router for debugging this problem. I will send you the console dump with problem active (private message)
